Our classes offer a complete hypnobirthing and antenatal education and fully prepare you for a positive birth experience. We teach hypnobirthing techniques and pregnancy relaxations and provide hypnobirthing music and hypnobirthing books. We offer ongoing teacher support and further birth preparation resources including hypnobirthing videos, hypnobirthing stories and hypnobirthing mp3 audios to suit all types of birth.
