My Simple Mortgage stands by two principles: Simplicity and Integrity. The truth is, a mortgage is a very simple product. It’s a loan you take to buy your house with. What is complex, is the way in which we live our lives and the variety of complex situations our many customers find themselves in. My Simple Mortgage specialise in helping our customers understand their own situation so that when it comes to the mortgage application, it really is simple.
And when we make it simple, and follow through on all we promise, you’ll see that our integrity comes naturally.
Currently, we are head-quartered in Newcastle Under Lyme in Staffordshire, with additional mortgage advisers in Essex, Stafford and Leeds. Shortly, we’ll be launching local advisers in Manchester, London, and Edinburgh. Over the next 5 years through our ambitious growth plans, we will have a mortgage adviser in every major town across the UK, willing and able to help more customers with their dream of owning a home.
Though we use the latest technology to support our processes, we do not consider ourselves to be a big-tech company. We simply pursue the most innovative ways to ensure that the application process is as quick and painless as possible for our customers AND our advisers, leaving more time for our experts to fully understand our customers, giving them better advice, answering more of their questions – reducing stress and worry, whilst saving them time and money.
My Simple Mortgage is owned and directed by James Adams and Mark Savill, who bring together years of experience in the finance industry, combined with a passion to be a great place to work, full of fun, joy, and success – for both their customers and their staff.
