At Muscleworks I use a variety of advanced sports massage techniques to ease my client’s muscular aches and pains. After all, I’ve been in pain and I know how miserable it is, and how it can affect every aspect of your life. Although I’m a sports massage therapist, you don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from what I do - my specialist techniques can be adapted to suit both young and old, physically fit or less active. I see my role as helping you get back to feeling like you used to - and better, if I have anything to do with it! So if you’re battling with a muscular or joint issue - let me help you. I know it can be hard to find time for you, so my treatment room is open to 8.30pm three evenings per week - we’ll be able to find a time that suits you! If the person receiving the sports massage treatment is under 18 years of age then a parent or guardian aged over 18 years of age must be present at all times during the treatment.
