Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Centre, the MBSR is the most recognised and established mindfulness course, taught all over the world.
As a qualified Mindfulness-based Coach and Facilitator I have been practicing Mindfulness for four years with experience in MBSR and MBCT.
I received extensive training in Mindfulness-based Awareness Coaching and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction at London Meditation and I have spent time in Thailand cementing Mindfulness into my day-to- day life. When I was introduced to Mindfulness I was experiencing stress, anxiety and depression while transitioning through huge changes in my life.
I work with a range of Mindfulness-based approaches and techniques underpinned by extensive psychological research and my own personal practice and utilise my calming, non-judgemental approach to establish a trusting, welcoming group and one-to-one atmosphere.
